The first step is to have a FREE home valuation. If you decide to put your house in the market, Roy, Ismael, and their team will take care of the rest. They will obtain all the needed reports, including termite and house inspection. They will also take care of any minor repairs, and they will stage your house in order to sell it for the highest price. RI California will organize a minimum of two open houses and will analyze all offers with you. RI California has an average of 8 offers per house and a sell price of 20% above asking.
